The Equipment Manager enables tracking of important equipment information for compliance , management, and inventory purposes.  From certification dates to location to service contracts, anything needed for tracking can be added using Equipment Add-on Types. e.g. Biosafety Cabinet certifications

How it works

  1. Choose an Equipment Type to add
  2. Fill in the basic information (model, serial #, location, etc)
  3. Choose an Equipment Add-on Type
    • Certification
    • Service Contract
    • Asset Tag
    • User Guides
    • Pictures
    • Reagent Lists
    • Custom add-on type

Then

  • View reports on the equipment
    • All Equipment
    • By Equipment Type
    • By Add-on Type
  • Get notification when Certifications and Service Contracts are up for renewal. 

Its simple and extremely useful. We can even give service companies access to help you manage the equipment by entering information such as certifications, service records, etc.
